The Black El Paso Voice is an initiative by MOCHA, a part of the Black Excellence El Paso™ Initiative founded in 1998 by Monica Tucker, relaunched in 2005, our goal is to highlight Black Excellence in El Paso – which has been our initiative since the beginning. We exist to provide news, information, entertainment, cultural events, and updates featuring Black citizens, organizations, events, and purposes. BEP Voice features special quarterly and holiday editions.
