2026 ICC Black History Month Parade
Theme: A Century of Black History Commemorations
Date & Time: Saturday, February 28, 2026 · 10:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
Location & Route (El Paso): Step-off at Diana Dr. & Blueridge St., proceeding west to Hondo Pass Dr., turning right on Hollings St., and concluding on the west side of Nations Tobin Park.
About the Event:
The Interclub Council (ICC) of El Paso hosts its annual Black History Month Parade and Festival, celebrating the achievements, culture, and contributions of Black Americans. This year’s centennial-themed parade invites families, schools, churches, civic organizations, and local businesses to honor past and present trailblazers while uplifting today’s voices.
Highlights:
- Community floats, marching bands, dance and drum lines
- Local leaders and youth organizations
- Family-friendly festivities at the finish area near Nations Tobin Park
