The Women’s Business Border Center of the El Paso Hispanic Chamber of Commerce: Black History Month – Dynamic Women to Women Session

The Women’s Border Business Border Center invites the community to its monthly Dynamic Women to Women Session in observance of Black History Month.

Featured guests include Black El Paso Voice founder and contributing editors: Monica Tucker, Julie Loving-Scott (Army Veteran, Realtor, and Financial Coach), and Rikki Smith (Corporate Trainer and Speaker Coach).

Also featured are Assistant Chief of Police Zina Silva, who is also El Paso’s first Black detective; Sereka Berklow, CEO of YWCA of El Paso; Dionne Mack, Deputy City Manager of El Paso, Texas; Dr. Charmaine Martin, associate professor, and Interim Associate Dean for Student Affairs at the Paul L. Foster School of Medicine has been awarded the Profiles in Diversity Journal Black Leadership Award of 2022.
